Shipping policy

Delivery & Scheduling

• All deliveries must be scheduled and paid for at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations

• Orders canceled within 48 hours of the event date will incur a 50% charge of the original rental price.

Payment Requirements

• The invoice for your rental must be paid in full prior to delivery or pickup of any items.

Cleaning Fees

• If items are returned requiring excessive cleaning, a $4 charge per table setup will be added to the final invoice.

Setup & Breakdown Fees

• Standard setup and breakdown is $4 per table with accompanying chairs.

• If linens are included, the setup and breakdown fee is $6 per table.
